Working with the industry leading regeneration expert - Urban Splash, as one of the UK’s most decorated and recognised real estate companies, we developed the Corporate ESG Strategy.
The process created a clear framework to streamlines the extensive ESG activities of the business and portfolio, clearly defining the environmental, social and governance activities, objectives, commitments, and strategy to achieve them as well as how their performance will be measured, benchmarked and reported to maximise ESG impact, value and transparency. As a commercial portfolio, the Strategy focuses heavily on future legislative and market expectation changes to ensure the portfolio performs better through time for all stakeholders.
Following publication, the ESG Strategy was used to support the refinance of the portfolio, securing discounted interest rates against an ESG linked debt facility.
The ESG Strategy in the founding framework for all business decisions, ensuring their assets and activities become more valuable, impactful and influential for people and the planet overtime, with performance and strategy reviewed and updated annually.
