Curlew believe ESG factors should be at the core of their investment and development strategies, and LifeProven were appointed to enhance this.
Appointed at RIBA Stage 3, we commenced services by completing a detailed ESG audit of the RIBA Stage 3 design, identifying any potential risks and opportunities which should be considered by the design, contractor and client team. To aide decision making, the audit was ranked in order of importance to achieving the Curlew ESG Strategy, with all recommendations costed to enable swift decision making.
As part of the service, we also provided a bespoke Investor Report, communicating how the design was strategically crafted to enhance the environmental, social and governance outcomes of the asset creating future resilience.
With the project ongoing, LifeProven are acting as ESG employer’s agent through the RIBA Stages, ensuring the design and operational decisions made throughout will achieve the Curlew ESG Strategy at practical completion; as well as providing measurement services once the building is occupied to quantify the positive ESG attributes over time.
